Some patients want a person to deal with the hospitals for them. We can do this for a flat fee. The guides, the directory and the free enquiry stay free.
What we do
- Check the case
We check that the medical reports are complete. We ask you for missing items.
- Contact hospitals
We send the case to up to 3 hospitals that you choose. We follow up until each hospital replies.
- Compare quotes
We put the quotes side by side. We show what each quote includes and what it excludes.
- Explain
We explain the options by phone or WhatsApp. You make the choice.
- Hand over
We connect you to the international desk of the hospital you choose.
Rules
- You pay one flat fee. We confirm it in writing before we start. It does not change with the hospital or the size of the bill.
- We take no money from any hospital for an assisted patient.
- You choose the hospitals. We do not push one hospital over another.
- We do not handle treatment money, apply for visas or sell travel.
- You give written consent before we send any medical record.
- We refund the fee if no hospital replies within 10 working days.
