How to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct data that is wrong
- delete your data
- stop using your data
How to ask
- To withdraw an enquiry and delete your details at once, use the link on your enquiry status page.
- For any other request, email us from the address you used in your enquiry. Tell us what you want us to do.
We reply within the time that the Data Protection Act sets.
