What personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights.
We follow the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect: your name, email or phone, country, the condition, a short summary and the hospitals you pick. We do not ask for your national ID, your full date of birth or your insurance number.
We do not accept medical record uploads on this site. You send your reports to the hospital directly.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to handle your enquiry. We send them to the hospitals that you pick, in India, only after you agree.
Consent
You tick each consent box yourself. We record the version of the text you saw and the time you agreed.
How long we keep it
We delete your personal details 90 days after your enquiry. You can withdraw earlier from your status page. We then delete your details and tell each hospital within 24 hours.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. See your data rights.
Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies that the site needs to work, such as the cookie that protects forms. We do not use advertising cookies.
Status
We will register with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner before launch.
