Who never pays us
Referring doctors, nurses, travel firms, hotels and insurers never pay us. We never pay them.
What payment never buys
- A higher place in the hospital list. The order is: patient filters, then verified hospitals, then name.
- A change to our treatment guides or cost pages.
- The removal of a patient review.
- Sole rights to a specialty or a city.
The assisted request
- The fee is the same for every hospital and every bill.
- We take no money from any hospital for an assisted patient.
- We refund the fee if no hospital replies within 10 working days.
Assisted request fee: to be published. We confirm the fee in writing before we start. You pay nothing until you agree.
