  • A list of medicines, with the doses and how long to take them
  • The date of your next check, and who does it
  • Contact details for the hospital doctor
  • Copies of all reports and scans from India
  • A final bill and receipts for every payment
  • A fit-to-fly letter, if the airline needs one
